We deliver both within Germany and worldwide. Your order will be shipped reliably and promptly to the address of your choice.
Shipping costs depend on the order quantity and the destination address.
The exact costs will be displayed transparently during the checkout process.
Delivery within Germany and other European countries generally takes up to ten days from receipt of the order.
Worldwide shipping may take longer and depends on the chosen mode of transport.
Our products have a shelf life of one year from the date of production (with a few exceptions of six months). Due to storage and stock rotation,
it may not always be possible to supply products with the full one-year shelf life. However, we ensure that you will never receive products with less
than six months of remaining shelf life.
Please note that once the best-before date has expired, no guarantee or liability can be assumed. An extension of the best-before date is generally
not possible
Our products are available in the following package sizes:
– Standard 20 L canister
– 60 L drum
– 200 L drum
– 1000 L IBC
If you require other package sizes, please do not hesitate to contact us!
We will be happy to send you samples upon request, allowing you to experience the quality of our products in advance.
Please consult your local water authority to clarify the conditions for disposal (e.g., permitted discharge volumes, pH values or required neutralization).
Expired products can be returned to us in their original packaging – we will handle their proper and professional disposal on your behalf.
