Our range of EUV compliant, HIO free products includes a broad spectrum of cleanign concentrates that cover the entire pH range and are suitable for a wide variety of process requirements and materials.
Through close collaboration with our customers and the development of tailored process specifications, we can design and optimize cleaning processes specifically for ultrasonic immersion cleaning, spray cleaning
and cyclic- nucleation cleaning (CNp).
We also offer products for passivation according to ASTM standards and for corrosion protection conforming th EUV standards.
